This site is a tribute to Fred.

Frederika Vivian (photographer - Frederika Davis) was born on 28th May 1923 in Winterton, Lincolnshire. She was known to all as Fred.

Fred passed away peacefully on 22nd August 2019 with her family and friends by her.

She was a loving mother, wife, wonderful friend and brilliant ballet photographer during the era of Margot Fonteyn, Rudolph Nureyev and the other famous members of The Royal Ballet. Her work has been published worldwide. She will be missed by many; especially her daughter Sasha Davis, husband Paul Vivian and many loving cousins.

Fred loved travelling and visited 52 countries.

She loved entertaining and held many parties in her life. She was very caring, kind and beautiful.
